88Source.com is a B2B marketplace that facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers unless explicitly stated. We do not manufacture, own, or warehouse any products listed on the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: post false or misleading information; engage in fraudulent transactions; circumvent the platform to avoid fees; violate intellectual property rights; use the platform for unlawful purposes; or attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 88Source.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the transaction value where applicable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation, then mediation, before proceeding to arbitration or litigation as appropriate.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
